AI & DIP (through-hole) assembly

The company offers AI & DIP (through-hole) assembly, post-soldering, welding, and high/low-temperature aging test services. Currently, there are 5 DIP production lines with a daily capacity of 500,000 points, 4 post-soldering lines with a capacity of 30,000 sets of PCBA per day, and 4 testing lines with a capacity of 30,000 sets of PCBA per day.

Specialized workstations, track cars, carriers, board washing machines, mobile tracks, and related tools are provided to efficiently enhance the throughput of the DIP assembly process.

At the same time, the company continues to improve the management mechanism for DIP workers, implementing dedicated positions, fixed-piece compensation, and strict quality control to ensure that DIP assembly meets the client’s quality management requirements. The company has also established standardized operating guidelines for different processes to guide the production line staff in maintaining quality. This strengthens production optimization and improvements, aiming to raise the product qualification rate to 99.8%, thereby minimizing customer costs and creating value for clients.
