To ensure the procurement of outsourced and subcontracted parts that meet specified requirements and to maintain long-term, stable delivery of compliant products, it is essential to select and certify qualified suppliers. Continuous tracking of their product quality and supervision of process control are necessary.
Our service philosophy is to eliminate potential quality issues caused by incoming materials by carefully managing procurement channels.

 

Incoming Quality Inspection
 
Equipped with precise testing instruments and equipment, we ensure accurate assessment of material quality. A 100% pad compatibility check is conducted on materials to identify potential solderability issues caused by incorrect material selection or improper PCB pad design in advance. This proactive approach prevents process defects on the production line caused by defective materials.

 

Production process control
 
Accurate production instructions, effective management and maintenance of all equipment, and strict execution of WIP (Work-In-Progress) inspections and monitoring ensure full control of the production process.In particular, leveraging advanced precision testing equipment such as SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), 3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, along with comprehensive WIP inspection guidelines and control plans, guarantees that all semi-finished and final products meet customer specifications.

 

Packging and shipping
 
To ensure that the products delivered to customers are intact and satisfactory, the company has established various packaging methods. These methods are flexibly selected based on the product characteristics or specific customer packaging requirements.
  1. Pre-Shipping Inspection: Before shipment, the FQA (Final Quality Assurance) team must verify that each product's model matches the customer's specified model. They also double-check the product quantity, delivery address, and shipping list to ensure accuracy.

  2. Packaging Materials: Depending on the packaging method, suitable materials are chosen to meet the customer's requirements for products of various sizes. Examples include:

    • ESD anti-static bags
    • Anti-static pearl cotton (10mm thickness)
    • Anti-static bubble bags
    • Partition boards (knife cards)

These practices ensure that the products are well-protected during transit and meet the customers' packaging standards.
